We provide all kind range of laundry services in industrial scale specialize in hospital medical center and rehab center. The services including collection n pick up delivery.
LINEN RENTAL AND LAUNDRY SERVICES
We provide all kind range of hospital linen including Operation Theatre(OT) and scrub suit. We have variety range of colour, design and patern that suit your hospital image. We also provide free consultation on preparing the design. Hence, all linen are comply to MOH requirement. The laundry services is part of the linen rental services that offer laundry services in industrial scale specialize in hospital,medical center and rehab center.
LAUNDRY TRAINING
We offer several range of laundry training including linen management, stain management, industrial laundry services, inventory count and other relevant training to support the linen and laundry department.
BUSINESS CONSULTANT

HOSPITAL DISPOSALABLE ITEM
We offer all kind disposable item including Glove, mask, hair net, PPE gown, alginated bag, clical waste bag, cytoxic bag, disposable OT item, disposable bedsheet, disposable pillow case, eco pack and many more.
LAUNDRY PROCESS
COLLECTION
Our driver and general staff are responsible for collecting linen according to the collection schedule. The activities that involve including collecting from the soiled linen room. The verification of collection linen is made by both parties. Then linen dirty send to laundry centre for washing. The supervisors will be in charge to monitor the collection process according to the ISO standard.
SEGREGATION
General staff will be responsible in the segregation process. Segregation is an important process which involved 2 processes which is separation and classification. During the segregation process, the linen will be classified to 4 classes which is dirt type, color, dirt level and fiber content. The linens also are segregated according to the level of dirtiness.
WASHING
The linens are washing according to the washing formula and the process will be monitored by the operation manager. Chemical/detergent have been automatically programmed according to the linen type. Operator manger also responsible to ensure that the linens are not mix up with others and the machine are running properly.
DRYING
General staff will ensure the drying process is including quality inspection to the linen. Linen will be evaluated from the aspect cleanliness and physical condition (torn or colour faded). Those clean linen running according to its cycle time. The Drying heat and temperature will be programmed according to the type and capacity. A suitable drying period helps to kill bacteria and improve thread structure.
IRONING
General staff are responsible to iron the linen by using ‘Flatwork Ironer’ and ensure the ironing process is follow according to the quality control standard. During this process, general staff are responsible to identify any dirt and stain which is not removed during the washing process to be rewashed and separated.
FOLDING
General staff are responsible in doing folding process including quality inspection to the linen. Linen will be evaluated from the aspect cleanliness and physical condition (torn or colour faded). Those clean linen only will be folded while the dirty linen will be separated for rewash.
PACKAGING
Linen are packed into high quality plastic to avoid it torn while delivery process. Packaging process is one of the quality control standard to ensure the linen delivered to the customer will be in the good condition.
DELIVERY
Delivery Process of clean linen to customer will be done every morning according to its delivery schedule. Our committed team meticulously orchestrates the delivery of pristine linens to customers.
